Order details page
An order's details show the customer, items, quantities, payment method, delivery option, and the full tracking history.
Order statuses
- Pending — placed and awaiting processing
- Packed — you confirm the items are packed and ready
- Dispatched / In Transit / Out for Delivery — handled during shipping
- Delivered — the customer received the order
When to update
Mark an order as Packed once the items are ready, and add a remark for the record. Later delivery stages are coordinated by Awesome Mall.
Only update an order you can act on, and keep statuses truthful so customers aren't misled.
