Where to track
Open the Track Orders page, enter your order ID and the email address used at checkout, then click Track.
What you'll see
Tracking shows the current status and a history of updates with dates — from confirmation to packed, dispatched, and delivered.
If tracking doesn't work
Double-check the order ID and email spelling. If it still doesn't load, contact Awesome Mall support with your order details.
