The order journey
- Pending — your order is placed and being reviewed
- Packed — your items are packed and ready
- Dispatched — the order has left the warehouse
- In Transit — the order is on its way
- Out for Delivery — it is with the delivery agent
- Delivered — your order has arrived
Special statuses
An order may be Cancelled before shipping, in which case any payment made is refunded. You may also see a Returned status for items sent back after delivery.
Stay informed
You'll be contacted if the delivery agent needs directions or if there is a delay. Keep your phone reachable after ordering.
